You can easily track your order using the tracking number provided. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking details. You can also log in to your account and view the status of your order in the Order History section.

Lost or damaged items

Lost or damaged items: Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to begin resolving the issue.

Lost orders: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately for assistance. If tracking shows that it has been delivered, please contact your local post office or neighbors first. If the problem is not resolved, please contact us within 10 days.

Changing your shipping address

You can change your shipping address within 6 hours of placing your order. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been processed.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, we will process your cancellation.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Since we offer free shipping on all orders, shipping costs are non-refundable.
