Refund policy
These return, refund and exchange policies apply to all product categories on ironcharm.co.uk
We offer two options for returning an item:
- Refund (funds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 days).
- Exchange for a similar product.
14-day cooling off period
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. The goods must be in the same condition in which you received them: unused, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase (receipt).
Each product comes with a return form; to complete the return, you need to fill out this form and send it back with the product.
Return policy for goods of inadequate quality and damaged goods
The customer may return defective goods if their defects are significant and caused by the manufacturer. The Customer may return damaged goods if the damage was detected upon receipt and initial inspection of the goods.
Inspection upon receipt
Please check your order upon receipt. If the product is damaged, does not match your order, or has defects, do not accept the delivery. This will help avoid further inconvenience. Please notify us immediately at +447887231811 of any defects or damage so that we can properly resolve the issue.
Damages and problems
- Good condition of goods/items to be returned
- Product packaging must be neat and intact.
- Cast iron cookware must be free of rust, chips, cracks, burns or sharp edges.
- Non-stick cookware must be free of scratches, cracks, deformations, and the handle must be securely fastened.
- All components of the set must match the description of the ordered product.
- All parts must fit together and be easy to assemble.
Exceptions / Non-returnable goods / Goods of inadequate quality
The store reserves the right to refuse a refund for goods that do not correspond to their original condition. If the returned goods have defects that were not reported at the time of receipt, damaged packaging or signs of use, we will refuse to return/exchange. In such cases, the goods may be returned to the buyer at his expense.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
Refunds
After we receive and verify your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue a refund.
Shipping costs
If the return is due to a product mismatch, the store will provide you with a prepaid return label.
In the case of an exchange or return of goods without a valid reason, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping according to the standard carrier rates.
