Our company can offer the following delivery methods on the territory of the United Kingdom of Great Britain:

  • Ship to pickup point

Our shipping partner for courier delivery to doorstep/threshold is DPD UK, ensuring fast, secure, and trackable delivery of all orders. DPD UK delivers parcels from Monday to Saturday.

Our shipping partner for ship to pickup point is EVRi, that delivers parcels every day.

To ship an order on the same day, the buyer must complete and send it to us by 5:00 PM on the same day.

We understand how important it is to receive your order as quickly and conveniently as possible, and we strive to dispatch all orders within two business days (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm). Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

The delivery cost for orders is £3.99 (paid by the buyer).

Delivery time: 2-4 days.

What details must the buyer provide to ironcharm.co.uk to send the package with the order and what must the buyer provide to receive the package?

To order a product with delivery on our website, the buyer must click «+» or «Add to cart» on the pages with product lists, or click the «Add to cart» button on the page of a specific product, then go to the online cart page using the link https://ironcharm.co.uk/cart.

On the online cart page https://ironcharm.co.uk/cart, the buyer must check the goods and their quantity (if necessary, adjust the quantity of the goods and delete erroneously added items), and if everything is correct, then click the «Check out» button to proceed to the online order page. On the online order page, the buyer must choose the delivery method and the order payment method.

If the buyer has chosen «Ship to address» courier delivery, then in the specially signed fields on the order page, the buyer must enter his name, surname, delivery address, apartment/suite number (if any), city name, zip code.

If the buyer chose the «Ship to pickup point» delivery method, then he must click «Use my location» or enter his address in the «Address» field and click the «Search» button so that the page displays a list of the nearest branches of the EVRi postal operator, and from the list on the «List» tab, the buyer must choose the appropriate EVRi branch for him (for convenience, the buyer can check the location of the address of the EVRi branch in relation to the buyer's address on the «Map» tab).

After filling in the data for the delivery method, the buyer must select a payment method on the order page, and also fill in the payment address in the «Billing address» block: enter the country, first name, last name, address, apartment or suite number (if the buyer has such a number), enter the city name and index.

After that, the «Pay now» or «Pay with PayPal» button will become active at the bottom of the order page (depending on the selected payment method). As soon as the buyer clicks on one of these two buttons and pays the cost of his order, including the cost of delivery, he will automatically receive an email with all the details, and our company will pack the order as soon as possible and send the parcel by the buyer`s chosen delivery method.

Once shipped, the buyer will receive an email with tracking information. When picking up the package, the buyer must present their ID to the DPD UK courier or EVRi post office operator. Also, an employee of the EVRi branch may ask to name the tracking number of the parcel.

Returns within the United Kingdom

These returns, refunds and exchange policies apply to all product categories on ironcharm.co.uk

You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to request a refund.

Please contact our support team by email ironcharm.info@gmail.com, providing your order number, the reason for the return, your preferred method of exchange, and your preferred method of communication.

We offer two options for returning goods:

  1. A refund (to the original payment method) within 10 banking days. If you have not received your refund even within 15 days, please notify us immediately by calling +447887231811 or emailing ironcharm.info@gmail.com
  2. An exchange for a similar item.

Please note that returns will need to be sent by EVRi or DPD UK to the following address: BRIZOLL UK LIMITED, 11 Weavers Close, Dunmow, Essex, CM6 1FR, United Kingdom. The delivery cost for returnable orders is paid by the buyer.

    Exceptions

    Products that have been used, items with missing or damaged packaging, or damaged products.

    To prevent any damage during transportation, please inspect the goods upon receipt in the presence of the courier. If any damage is found during the inspection, do not accept the delivery and notify our customer care team (+447887231811) immediately.

    The store reserves the right to refuse returns for goods that are not in their original condition. If the returned product has any defects not reported to our customer care team +447887231811 or ironcharm.info@gmail.com at the time of delivery, damaged packaging, or signs of use, we will reject the return/exchange. In such cases, the goods may be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

    We accept returns only of goods of proper quality: in this case, the return shipping is paid by the buyer (£3.99). The buyer must notify us of goods of improper quality by phone +447887231811 during the inspection of the parcel so that we can determine the culprit (whether the representative of our company or the representative of the carrier company is to blame). If the delivery company damaged the goods or disassembled the package, its representative will provide the buyer with an application form for reimbursement of the cost of the package contents at the expense of the delivery company. If we made a mistake when assembling the order, then our company will pay for the return shipping of the parcel with the goods that do not match the order.
